On this website
This website introduces FACE AI. It offers no account, sign-up form or payment. FACE AI integrates no advertising tracker or audience analytics tool into this website.
Hosting and securing the website may require the hosting platform to process technical connection data. This does not sign you up to FACE AI.
If you email us
Your email service sends your message to the contact address below. We use the information you share to handle your request. Do not send a face photo, health information or password.
You can use the same address to ask about your data or request its deletion.
Photos in the app
The app is being prepared to provide observations of appearance from a photo. The quality check happens on the device. A photo rejected by this check is not sent to the analysis service.
After you receive the relevant information and agree, an accepted image may be sent to the FACE AI service, hosted by Supabase, and then to the analysis provider OpenAI. You can decline this transfer and continue to use features that do not depend on it.
FACE AI does not add this image to its application storage. Cleanup of temporary files is attempted after the operation; cleanup can fail. If you import an image, the original in your photo library is not deleted.
Retention by the analysis provider is separate from cleanup on your device. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. The exact retention and transfer conditions and recipients will be described in the app’s privacy policy before its public launch.
Test version and public launch
A privacy notice is available for the FACE AI test version. It describes that testing scope and is not the app’s future final privacy policy.
Information about accounts, subscriptions, backups and any optional measurements will be reconciled with the version actually made available to the public.
Your requests
Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you have shared with FACE AI. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account; we will not ask for your password.
