Read the privacy policyWith your agreement, an accepted photo is sent to the FACE AI service (Supabase), then to OpenAI for analysis.
FACE AI does not add it to its app storage. The app attempts to clean up its temporary files after the operation. The original imported from your photo library is kept.
Provider retention is separate. Processing outside the European Economic Area is possible. The test-version privacy policy details the documented conditions.

A few straightforward answers.
What does the AI do?
It helps describe some appearance observations from a photo, then suggest care categories. It does not diagnose or replace professional advice. Its objective reliability has not yet been measured.
What if my photo is not clear enough?
Lighting and framing can limit the reading. The photo may be rejected or some observations may remain “Not measured”. The app should not turn uncertainty into a conclusion.
Does my photo stay on my phone?
An accepted photo is sent to the FACE AI service, then to OpenAI, with your agreement. FACE AI does not add it to its app storage. Temporary file cleanup may fail and does not remove the original from your photo library. The privacy policy explains provider retention.
How can I request account deletion?
The “Request account deletion” page explains how to send your request to sidneydjidji@yahoo.fr. A deletion request does not cancel a subscription: you manage it separately through your device’s store.
When can I download FACE AI?
Availability is shown separately for iOS and Android above. No download is offered until a store listing goes live. Prices and any trial terms will be displayed once their configuration has been verified.
